Thales, a world leader in electronic systems and industrial electronics, has invested heavily in Lean process improvement training with positive results.
Thales invited Processfix to enhance their existing Change Agent training by introducing the concept that lies at the heart of the Processfix approach: facilitating teams through their own improvement.
Processfix developed a bespoke training package for Thales based upon developing the Change Agents as 'improvement facilitators'. In addition Thales asked to include a structured yet pragmatic approach to performance analysis through the collection, validation and interpretation of data.
The resulting training programme is a resounding success with the Change Agents now using their practical facilitation and data analysis skills to deliver rapid and sustainable process improvements across the business.
